Without a staple, the two pages can be placed side-by-side to view the whole resume at once. That said, if you have a 2nd page, put your name on top of page 2 header. Identify yourself, the job you're interested in, that you've applied through the proper channels, and that you're just dropping off an extra copy of your resume and cover letter.
